Sunday usually my off day however the wife and I are the night before and Sunday morning had a major blowout.... about my usage... finally came clean and told her that yes I'm still using and I'm not going to quit...
So headed to gym pinned
100 mg tren base
100 mg tne
20 mg dbol
Scoop of preworkout
Scoop of bcaa
5 sets close grip machine pulldowns
5 sets machine seated row
5 sets machine wide grip pulldaowns...
20 min treadmill
Total tren last week 1100 mg
Total test 450 mg
Total dbol 120 mg.
Going to back the tren down considerably...been feeling shity with no appetite
Yesterday after the gym I took a nap I have not ate anything woke up whole body shaking like blood sugar way off... had to down a bunch of orange juice eat a couple peanut butter and jelly sandwiches drink a couple glasses of milk... then I started to feel better...
Off day today but gonna pin 100 mg tren ace and 250 mg test e
