Sometime This kind of workout is the best. We get so caught up , well at least I do trying to hit the muscle all different ways. But recently one day a I’ve been hitting chest 2 days a week. When I hit shoulder I’ve been doing incline’s and front presses . Makes sense to me so I set the bench flat and every 2 sets I raise it up until I am almost straight up and down in a milatsrty press. By the time I get to the top I am at 6-8 sets. Then one day a week I’ve been hitting declines and I just pound out sets till I am spent. It’s been working for me . Trying to bring up my lower pec development.. Anytime someone runs a log inspired me to hit it harder. You’ve been hitting it Big Dog Style. Been following a few others. Maybe one day I will grow up and start one myself...

Day off today... skipping pin

Nights sweats are ferocious...
Sleep is difficult... can't seem to fall in a long deep sleep... like I'm half asleep...waking up soaking wet but cold...lol...its working ...

Just go by feel... minimum 5 days typically 6 just take Sundays off but I've been hitting it pretty damn hard so I'll take a day off in the middle of the week like today

I’ve found that in order to go balls out on every workout, I can only go 2 days in a row max. Then I need a break for a day. I didn’t get that break last week and went 4 in a row and my body hated me.
