That’s where I am at.. shedding some BF with the cardio I am doing almost everyday. Only 10-15 min on the treadmill , but that’s all I need. Weight comes right off. So I go easy with it.. as soon as I start dropping weight I get all anxious and shit.. I got Manarexia.. LMFAO.. Always been Big and wanna stay Big. But hey Ripped never wanted to be.. Beast is where I wanna stay.. So you gotta flip it... Up the dose to lift the most..hahaha.. No really. Gain 5 pound of nice lean muscle and bf will drop.. my thinking anyway.. but it’s easier said then done... Ok on another Note... I’m depressed. You Dwarf Me Bro.!!!

I’m on the step mill right now. I do 30min on fat burn. First time in years. I added just two days per week into my routine for my girl. It’s soo boring but easy as fuck!

1 scoop prewo
15 min treadmill
6 sets machine tris push down seated
6 sets seated cable curls.
6 sets cabel pushdowns standing
6 sets standing preacher curls
All weight pyramid up then down...could have been more sets tbh all rep of at least 12 to failure...got tighter than dicks hatband...slept great lass night no sweats...
