Bro I trained Legs yesterday Big Dog Style!! I trained at 11:00am. And by 5:00pm I was crippled. I usually only get a little sore but this is bad this mornings. My oldest daughter wanted to train with me for the first time ever so I took her and I think her being their turned the Ego switch on. Wanted her to see her dad in action so I banged some shit out.. it was a good motivator but I should have trained chest or something else. Lmfao.. I should take her with me all the time.. And By the way. 150mg a day Tren Base.. holy fuck Bro.. a few days of that and you gonna be on the verge of #

Lol i did same thing with my 16 yrold daughter.. very athletic cheerleader go to the gym with my wife all the time I wanted you to go with me do some legs and some deads.... she was pretty sore the next day then my wife was complaining and won't let her go with me no more I said yeah you're sore you're supposed to be f****** sore......as far the 150... think I'm going to do that just on a couple days of the week like Friday or Saturday...lol don't want to be back up to a gram of Tren...lol

Off day today...
Still have some yard work to do...ughh dam half acre horse property ...bitch to keep up lol... got my daughter's cheer banquet to go to at noon... my little brother should be arriving today driving out all the way from North Carolina...im pretty excited... He going to stay with us for a couple months has work out here... he's a big wig supervisor works for a bridge company... he knucklehead 2...lol
