7 sets barbell rows
10 sets machine pulldowns
Average at least 8 reps per mostly 12 and to failure for everything all my lifts are pyramid style up then burnout at bottom.unless stated otherwise.no need to bother you with the weight....dont matter...right long as we feel it...and trust i get mine lol...
If my buddy gets his lazy ass to gym in morning ill be pinning...if not monday..

Honestly shocked by your aas history. It’s actually refreshing to see someone so big running so little gear. I’ve yet to run a successful cycle so it’s motivating to see how well you’ve done with so little. I’m riding along for sure, gonna steal any pointers I can!
