Just hit 600 migs tren for the wk
Hopping on treadmill hitting back and bis today...update later...btw 3 wks in night sweats minimal...heartburn soso comes and goes...labido on fire...mood great no jealousy or anger or short temper....tren dreams getting morbid...and sleep is broken up wake every couple hrs like cant fall into deep sleep all night...Perk

8 sets seated cable curls...
Greatworkout....
Then gave my support to a buddy. Going through divorce at gym for bout 35 min...feeling down and out...cheered him up and let him vent ...todays his 23 yr anniversary.....happy saturday all..Perk
