Pinned 100 mg tren b...250 mg test e.
1 scoop preworkout
15 min treadmill
5 sets dumbell shoulder press
Superset with
5 sets barbell upright rows
5 sets back side of chest press machine shrugs.
3 sets rear dumbbell flyes.
5 sets cable lateral flys
5 sets ab crunch machine...
Feeling awesome after two days off ready to start rocking and rolling and kill this f****** week

I ate 2 bigs ass chicken breast for lunch. Well bro im on the tren train dropped a few things so im gonna give it a shot. 50mg to see how I handle it if its all good in 2 weeks bump to 100mgs.

Just keep test on lower side and everything else out of the equation personally in my opinion... feel the Tren and get used to it......
