20 minutes treadmill
7 sets back row machine
7 set close-grip pulldown cable
7 set wide grip pull-down machine.... all weight pyramid as usual... burnouts at the bottom...
Quick easy back deck on my off days of work I will do the Deads Etc back rows...

Close to max weight depending on the exercise long as I'm not incorporating other muscles I'd say 80 85%
