Morning everyone...sunday day off....

Just wanted to note yesterday i went out to the store wearing my 5%love it kill it tanktop since its warming up...went to grocery store...the bag girl said are you a famous bodybuilder?do you know the rock?lol and she was serious...i said yeah i work out a little..the checker said ummm a lot more than a little..and asked me to write her a workout program...felt good

... then right after that went to go pick up my Mexican food order... girl at the counter hot tall Mexican girl mid-forties she said you work out a lot I said yeah I work on little bit you know just being modest but I've been doing it a long time try to get in there if you know every day or so she says well then my husband works out everyday to and he don't look nothing like you wow you look good... I said well that's a lot of this Mexican food here and drinking beers on the weekend...lol man 3 compliments in one day...i felt good....Perk

Bro with the tats and the size you could be on piana’s squad.. it’s is the best when we are complimented for our hard work.. it also stokes our ego a little bit.. on well a lot.. I was at the gy today with my wife training and I can see she had those fuck me eyes going from across the gym... so after we are done at Trader Joe’s I am going to try and accommodate her.... so enjoy your day off.. we need it now and then..
