Hit the wheels today felt good the whole time, I changed things up a little and didn't focus on squats today but other exercises it was a nice change of pace. Lifts included:
Ground Base Squat Machine(basically a trap bar deadlift machine) 550 2x3 then 590 3x3, DB Lunges 55s 3x5each leg, seated calf raises 90 3x14 super set with leg extensions 180x12 then 200 3x8, lying leg curl 150 4x6 super set with leg press calf raises 400 3x12, got a big pump in bis and tris and got out. Legs are going to be sore tomorrow I can tell haha
