Dinner is steak, carrots, green beans, salad, and banana bread, they gave me another damn cookie too haha. Im.ready to eat and pass out.

Noting wrong with a cookie here and there but truth be told at our cookout party Saturday before I left for my work trip, I ate no shit almost 2 dozen cookies on top all the hamburgers hotdogs and kielbasa I had as well. It took my until this morning to get back to a calorie deficit.
Is it strange that I can visually see and feel when I'm in a calorie deficit from morning to morning or this a common thing?

You know your body! At certain points you can. I was really lean at one point and I ate bacon and eggs and I could swear I saw a difference immediately in my abs! Lol

Yeah for sure, there was a short cycle or 2 thrown in there to help. For the most part though I've been relatively PED free for the last 5 or 6 months, just a sarm or prohormone thrown in pre-workout from time to time.

That is great! I did TRT only for 6+ months. Longest ever w/o blasting and did real well. But, I really wanted too! Lol. I am just getting back started slowly and all is well. I am definitely a lot more conscious of health and preventive health now. Sarms are not new but, they are, in the grand scheme of things. I am diligently studying them to see what, how, and if they can be used with, alone, or as an adjunct. Along with any and all sides and possible benefits.

I can say for certain some of the side effects are the exact same as AAS and PHs. Though I think that's just from stimulating the androgen receptors and not compound specific. RAD140 and YK11 both cause me to have increased chanced of getting angry or not being patient as well as acne breakouts. Ostarine is the only sarm so far that seems almost completely negative side effect free, for me at least. I have yet to experiment with s23 and LGD but I have them for the future. You already know I will document what they do to my body, mind, and health.

Breakfast was 5 egg whites and a whole egg hard boiled, banana, milk, and coffee. Yogurts, banana, and turkey bacon wrap for lunch later.
I hope to finish up at the power plant today so we can drive home this evening.
No workout today needed the rest.
