And bless the charcoal and hardwoods!!
Sounds delicious! I had almost the same. Halibut is the White Steak of the Sea.

The eagle born by freedom won, yet held in precarious station,
set upon defense and steeled his will to guard and protect his new nation.
So he resolved, defiant of all who would challenge his right to be free,
with a "swift-sailing vessel and ten carriage guns" to hunt the world's oceans and seas.
Born to go into harm's way, come all! Ye hell or high waters be damned!

Personally I don't feel sharp, I have days that don't go well and I lose my battle with anger and ego self. Usually those days aren't pretty, I constantly try my best become more enlightened though. Honestly smoking pot helps keep me thinking clear and more spiritual, thats not an option for everyone though.

Ha,was it that obvious? Yeah I had some master kush, was feeling good. Probably finding the longest and most unnecessarily complex way to express even the simplest of thought. I wish you nothing but the best brother. Im working on not being a slave to my moods as well.

Todays workout was quads, hamstrings, adductors, abductors, and calves. Today was a high volume day with many high rep sets. I had great contractions and mind muscle connection.
Dinner was egg fried rice with a few whole organic eggs and extra added egg whites. Also dessert was a few handfuls of dark chocolate chips and a pecan date spread I found at the store today in the discount bin. Bellys full good night yall.

This mornings workout included back, abs, biceps, triceps, a few pump sets for quads since they weren't sore, and jumping jacks between most sets. Good strength on weighted chin ups, good workout in general got it done and got out. Going home and getting ready for work.

This mornings workout was heavily focused on neck, traps, and delts with some hamstrings and calves mixed in. Warmed up went into shrugs superset with BW lying leg curls. Then hit calf raises, rear delts/traps on pec deck machine, and DB lateral raises. Ended with rack pulls and more rear delt on the pec deck machine, I also added in lots of jumping jacks. My traps and neck are a weak point and over powered by my chest so I need to work them more.
Getting a shower them getting ready for work.

Jumping Jacks are great! I have a lot of people using them on a special non stop 45min home training routine. Waaaay underrated! I finished my cardio and finished Stargate series. I watch series while treading away! I find watching binge series makes it so much easier.

Jumping jacks really are underrated, full body relatively low impact cardio exercise that burns a lot of calories per amount of time you perform the exercise. They also help pump your lymphatic system because of the rebounding motion, so they improve your immune system.

This mornings workout was an hour or so of mobility work, foam rolling, and stretching heavily focusing on my left quad and hip flexor that are jacked up and knotted up badly. Then went into hitting my biceps, triceps l, and shoulders.
Afterwards I took my shirt off and went through different poses and flexing. The owners of the gym were pretty impressed with my physique, which coming from a pro bodybuilder is quite the compliment. They said I should do a men's physique show someday.

I kept busy today painting and doing other things around the house that needed done, also got in grocery shopping before dinner then bed. Managed to eat relatively clean all day today, unhealthiest thing I ate today was beef kielbasa with green beans, potatoes, garlic, saurkraut, and organic grass fed butter.
