Did you ever try one of those massage guns?
I swear by them.

Went for a 3 mile jog with my friend this evening. We ate chicken and sauerkraut for dinner plus some raw cheese.

I might have to give the jumping jack thing a try. Havent done one in years. Be different anyway. I sure as hell couldnt do it for 45 minutes though.

Start by adding 15 or 20 between some sets and then increase over time, thats what I did. Eventually its nothing to add in a few hundred jumping jacks to a workout without realizing it, do that for a year and im sure you will notice changes.

No workout this morning, woke up with a headache and had to get some work done on the computer for my power plant job. Got a shower and packed my lunch, about to go install a big prefab pool deck today.
Going lighter on the food today, I just don't feel well in general hopefully it passes.

Ate pretty darn clean today, buying some dried fruit saved me from eating pumpkin custard for dessert.

This mornings workout was back, upper chest, posterior shoulder, and triceps. Got in another it done, good workout. My biceps and triceps have been getting pumped so easy lately even when working synergistic muscle groups like back, chest, shoulders. Not that the target muscles aren't doing work, they are, I just pump up way easier now.
