I got back to the hotel and decided to go use the recumbent bike. Before hand I did my best to work on the knots in my hip with a little hard plastic ball that rolls in a handle, im sure tou guys have seen these manual massagers. While working on my hip flexor I realized my flexor muscles aren't really knotted up anymore but there still is a minor tear i can feel in there. The majority of my knots are actually in the abductor muscles and my upper glutes, the knots aren't even budging. They won't break loose no matter how hard I press into them or how long. I dont understand how I let myself get to this point of imbalance in my posture and structure. Its honestly upsetting because I know better than to let these imbalances happen. I think a lot of yoga and blood flow will be needed to fix these problems.
I feel part of this is also emotional trauma being stored in the body from being so fucked up in the head for so. I know I try to keep my words positive but it feels like my body is just in shambles to match my life right now. As soon as these couple business trips are over im ordering some TB500 and combining it with MK677 regularly for a couple weeks to heal all this damage. During the trips I need to focus on low impact cardio to move my blood around and yoga to make things move right again.

I did 40min on the bike and 25min on the elliptical. After that I did some light weight DB exercises hitting my whole upper body to move more blood around. Going to my room now to stretch for a while.

Stretched for a while then cut my hair with beard trimmers. Now I dont brag but I am a hell of a barber and to cut my whole head into faded sides and a fauxhawk with a 1inch beard trimmer takes skill. Very happy with the result. Showered and passing out, going to get up early and do some cardio before work. Good night yall

Just got done with 50min on the bike and elliptical then hit some DB exercises to get a pump in the upper body. I hit upper body a little more intense than yesterday but still very light. About to do some rolling, yoga, and stretching.

Let me know how well it works after a few weeks! Or whenever it kicks in.
