Well we hammered the rest of the work out, went back to the hotel showered up, and im currently riding with my colleague back home. Should get home around midnight or 1am but ill be home an extra day than originally planned.

Got some pablano and jalapeņo peppers from my dad yesterday and decided to stuff and freeze them. I mixed 1lb of ground lamb, 1lb grass-fed burger, provolone and mozzarella cheese dices, and your typical seasonings with smoked paprika. There was meat cheese mixture left so I made patties for breakfast out of them and added diced jalapeņo in.20201102_084931.jpg20201102_084948.jpg

Clean,dry,cut off tops of peppers, empty the guts and seeds. Filling was 1lb ground lamb, 1lb ground grass fed beef, 1 entire Wedge of Bel Gioioso sharp provolone cheese diced into 1/4 inch cubes, 1 ball of small Bel Gioioso Mozzarella pearls diced into 1/4 inch bits, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, pink salt, coarse ground black pepper. Combine filling ingredients and season to your liking, stuff peppers bake in pan 375 for 30ish min depending on your oven. The jalapeņos id say just keep an eye on them since they're small im not sure how long they'd take.

My high food is chocolate flavored things, thats why I make diet desserts so I don't pound too many calories lol.

So I have to leave again for another work trip, 1 week to possibly a week and a half. My TB500 came yesterday and I was going wait to run it until I got back. However after reading more im going to do all 5mg in 1 dose. I will take my MK677 and ostarine with me and run those each night before bed. 15mg ED for MK677 and 5-10mg ED of ostarine. All 3 combined should be the perfect environment for my nagging injuries to heal up. While gone I will have work to keep me moving and will also perform rehab at the hotel gym with DBs and cardio equipment. Im also taking my oscillating massage gun to help stimulate blood flow to certain areas. Im hoping and thinking that 2 wells of this protocol will have me back to normal again so I can start bringing the intensity back to lifting over time. Would you guys like to see this protocol in a separate log all together or keep in here?
