Today its rainy and dreary here so I let myself sleep in. I started my day soaking in an Epsom salt bath and drank some nice hot coffee. Feeling good and loose for the day now, I killed off some deer burger for breakfast. Today will be a good recovery day, use the massage gun, do some inside chores, and a little running around. Im probably going to take some big glass bottles i saved and fill them with natural spring water a few miles from the house. I want to start drinking it and see if I notice differences in mental clarity from getting less fluoride ingested. I will report back on this at a later time.

Hells Yeah John! Is that peptide helping more now? You know my joint health supp regimen over time; they are without a doubt a huge factor in overall pain and mobility- for me at least. Hope it improves and you improve{which it sounds like you are ed Up}

The peptide is still working, I took 5mg a week ago and the half life is 8-10days so I still likely have some in my system working. That daily ostarine and MK677 have seriously helped my joints and recovery as well. This is a great stack for people with joint, connective tissue, or torn muscle type injuries. It attacks the issue from multiple pathways to help heal faster.

That is good to hear and know! Ostarine seems to be overlooked but; even females take it.

If you are concerned about fluoride, might have that creek water tested. Where I live there are some wells that have crazy amounts of flouridein it. Just food for thought, it is a natural occurring thing also.

People seriously underestimate ostarine, its probably my favorite anabolic compound to date.

I got a few gallons of the water and added a drop of iodine solution to each bottle to sterilize it. I tasted the water when I got home and man what a difference from the city water. You can taste the minerals in a good way, it just tastes cleaner in general. We will see if it has any effects on my daily life.

Also I forgot to mention that people have been drinking from that spring for many years so thats another reason I feel comfortable collecting and drinking it.
