      25min of cardio,medley of jump rope, assault bike, elliptical. Lung capacity was shitty today most likely from poor sleep the past few days. Last night shift today! The freedom for the summer.

      Sleep is coming back to a normal schedule, havent trained but went for a run today nothing crazy, been working on cleaning up the diet again. Then will go back to the high carbs and calories with lots of volume and stretching between sets again since I was growing pretty fast with that method.

      Stretching is totally needed. It’s painful sometimes when you are so pumped!!

      It does hurt when you have a pump but I've never seen growth like when I started it so must he doing something right

      Went and wiped down and clean all my home gym equipment today then hit full body pump workout. Pull ups, push ups, RDLs and BW Leg Curls, Squats and Calves, then finished with Cable Skullcrushers and BB Curls.20190522_133532.jpg

      It might not look like much of a home gym but it gets the job done. I want to add a trap bar, squat stands, a few more different sets of DBs, and occlusion wraps.

      I've been lazy, that shot comes to an end. Went for a run and a dip in the river. Tomorrow I go back to high calories and lots of volume with the lifts. Back on track and fixin to GET SOME!

      Today's workout started with DB curls superset with cable OH Skullcrushers, then into Incline BB press superset with band chest flues low to high to hit the upper chest, BW inverted row focusing on the upper back/traps/rear delta super set with DB lateral raises, the RDLs triset with BW hamstring curls and BW calf raises, finished with BB shrugs triset with band curls in the front double bicep position s curling towards the head and cable tricep push downs. Stretching in between sets and went for big pumps felt great but the end. I have added creatine and glutamine to my evening vitamin regimen, creatine for obvious reasons and glutamine to have carry over and I crease glutathione production.

      I made an awesome dinner with potatoe salad(Aldi's), sauteed peppers onions baby bellas and garlic, bacon wrapped fillets, and salmon. I tried uploading a pic but it's not working, anyone have any advice on how to get things to upload? I will post macros at the end of the end.
