This applies to my situation on deciding when to throw in the Var. He does make a good point and I agree that orals are probably better off used later in the cycle when gains stall or volume increases, etc. But I don't know if pyramiding up the dose for long esters is necessary since they take so long to peak in your system anyway, the first 5-8 weeks it's titrating up on it's own, even while keeping the dose constant.

I agree that it doesn't make sense to step up. Although most people are starting at way too high of a dose from the get go. I've always been a lower dose kind of guy, so I am biased towards his info because he promotes the same thing.

Same here. I believe in using enough to be able to train harder, reduce soreness, look better and feeling great and this doesn't require more than 300-400mg of most compounds and 150-200mg if using tren.

@John great Video, THX i have watched yesterday
The dosage depends on many things, but number one thing is genetics.
Phil Heath will grow at 250 mg, i will need 1000 mg for the same result

I'm glad you got something from the video. You are right genetics is huge, but so is mindset, consistency, and work ethic aren't those genetic to some degree haha? We are the creator of this sculpture, we can make it into something great.

This morning workout was simple just to get blood moving. Warmed up on the recumbent bike and then elliptical for 15min combined, some stretching and mobility, then a 2 sets of sprints on the bike again and a couple sets of DB exercises for a pump in my arms shoulders and back. I have a whole day of laying glass block ahead of me so I wanted to feel loose and ready, mission accomplished. Have a great day yall, GET SOME! peace

Lol i think Phil needs alot more than that to grow, but i get what you are saying - in the beginning, low doses could take him further than it would most of us. Hell, him training natural probably got him further than most of us even on gear.

Nice bro. I'm about to hit chest. Nothing earth shattering just hitting a few angles and getting all the fibers pumped up and full of anabolic hormones.

I mean its possible to change your genetics over time, its not an easy process though.

For sure yeah! and yeah I know we can change our "epigenetics" to an extent within out lifetime. Then there's hyperplasia with GH use. Pretty cool.
