Yes sir, epigenetic are exactly what I'm taking about. They hold way more value than people realize. I think I'll try both avenues of growth.

Only good genetics I have, is the ability to pack away some food, lol. I just like to play hard and its slowly paying off.

I'm there with you, fighting off munching and snacking all the time is hard. I been keeping freeze dried apples and banana chips around for those times.

Good morning yall. This mornings workout was 15min warm up on the recumbent bike then 15min of HIIT on the elliptical sprint 1 min rest pace for 1-2min 4 or 5 rounds.
The fire is lit inside me this morning, sadly its channeling into frustration at times. I can turn it around though, I will turn it arpund to a good day.

We busted ass all day to try and finish but got kicked out of the flue stack too soon because they had to do pressure testing. Well go finish up a couple hours worth of work and clean up in the morning then head home. Im glad this will likely be it until spring so I can go work the laborers union and have 2 incomes again.
About to eat dinner then go pass out at the hotel.

I couldn't fall asleep last night and woke up and hour before my alarm this morning. Feeling tired as hell so this mornings workout is me currently on the recumbent bike at an easy pace for about 20 or 30 min so at least I can say I did something productive. Its better than sitting in my hotel room doing nothing, at least I can check things on my phone while pedaling moving blood.
