Just finished an evening workout, I hit back, delts, biceps, and triceps. Just pull ups, inverted BW rows, DB OH Press, dips, and DB OH Ext. Its so easy to get a pump, that long break from lifting resensitized me to training stimulus again and it feels great.

Pullups- Chins (variations) are sooo effective if done right ! The wide grip are so hard, even with limited ROM! ??

I rotated grip variation each set. I started with wide grip overhand, then shoulder width chin up grip underhand, and finally shoulder width neutral grip. Took each set to failure which was a range from 7-11 of controlled constant steady motion from chin over the bar to dead hang at the bottom of each rep.

Breakfast was a special treat but still very clean, I made peanut butter flavored French toast topped with cinnamon and nutmeg and a little light syrup.

Time crunch workout of pull ups, dips, and ab bridges, continuous reps with short breaks between sets for 10min. I had a pump by the end, then ate chicken, rice, and quinoa with general tso sauce.

I hear you on the time crunch quick workouts. The wife has been crowding up the (small) living room with Christmas decorations so I have to train when she's at work, and on weekends it really has to be short and sweet!
