      Todays workout was legs with DB RDLs, hip adduction, BW squats, lunges. Very high reps for extreme pumps.

      I have not, that sounds good as hell. The PB flavor came from adding 1 heaping spoonful of PBFit to the eggs and whisking until blended.

      I woke up at 2am with a migraine and heaving stomach. Slept on and off from 2am to 11am which is very unlike me, but the migraine subsided. Getting food and fluids in me so I can train later this afternoon. I already did full-body stretching and mobility so I think I'll hit arms, delts, DB rows maybe some pull ups.

      Just finished my workout. I did various grip pull ups, dips, push up ab bridges, DB Rows w/ 40s, 8lb DB front/lateral/rear delt raises, 8lb DB OH tricep ext., and lots of stretching and mobility work mixed throughout the workout. Just drank a protein shake with 5g of creatine added, now I'm sitting down to dinner. Im just eating more of the chicken, rice, and quinoa I made the other day.

      Got some really good sleep last night and woke up feeling refreshed. I took recycling in l, stopped and hit the peace pipe with my best friend, picked up prescription, and just tried baking some oatmeal cranberry spice bread. Man I fucking suck at baking, I can get stuff to rise and be fluffy. This thing is dense as fuck haha. I'll get better in time.

      I'm going to arrange my equipment in the basement so I have a full home gym again, get a lift in, and work around the house. Likely have to go to the store today or tomorrow to get things for Thanksgiving. Im making protein pumpkin cheesecake for dessert, my family will accept my healthy ways lol.
