Today's macro breakdown, total calories was 4520. Had a lot of salt today, should be holding some water in the morning hopefully because I'm sunburn and my skin is drying me out.
Today's lifts included Banded Wide Grip Pull Ups, BW Calf Raises triset with DB Stepups and DB Suitcase Squats, Banded Seated Row supe set with DB Lateral Raises, Ab Crunches and Twists superset with Cable Tricep Pushdowns. Got big pumps and stretched in between sets, felt great afterwards.

Today was a cardio day, but it thunderstormed all day so I jogged the stairs from my weight room to my upstairs bedroom for 25min straight. I had a hell of a sweat going by the end.

No training today had to go to our office in the city for work so that threw my whole day off oh well. Diet went to shit at dinner time we had McDonald's. Total calories today 4400, macros up above.
Woke up had sex then trained lifts included lat pulldowns, Incline chest flues, DB RDLs superset with BW leg curls, lunges superset with Suitcase Squats, lateral raises superset with cable OH Skullcrushers, DB curls superset with tricep Pushdowns, situps with twists and leg raises. Hit kind of everything today I guess since I didn't train yesterday. My traps and calves with get hit later today I have to help my dad pour concrete and I got elected to wheelbarrow the concrete up the scaffolding to the porch Haha. Gonna burn off that McDonald's from yesterday for sure.
