I was in a altered state of consciousness during my workout so I was able to push past the pain threshold.

Todays workout was posterior chain specific to help fix some imbalances i have going on. DB RDLs, machine rows, wide grip lat pulldowns and stretching after the lift had me feeling great by the end of the workout. Heading out hunting this afternoon, hopefully I get something.

Todays workout was dragging a buck uphill to the truck. We got meat boys! I think I should get 50 or 60lvs of meat from this deer, it was a decent size. I took the heart and liver home to cook up for dinner after they soak in salt water for a day or 2.
Dragging that deer made me realize how out of shape my cardiovascular health is, for me at least. Going to have to start doing jumping jacks between my sets while lifting to get my cardio base back again.

Congrats bro, nice shot!
You might want to try some loaded carries in between sets or after your regular weight training sessions. Overhead walks, farmers walks, bear-hug carries, etc. They are awesome for conditioning and also help build muscles that don't get hit optimally from the big basic lifts, so definitely a nice 2-in-1 deal.

Those are great ideas I haven't done i long time. I did those in college when I was training for amateur strongman. We had a lot of creative equipment at that gym.

Todays workout was simple but had my heart rate up. Alternated between DB lunges, rear delt machine rows, cable tricep Pushdowns, machine preacher curls, and I threw 20 jumping jacks in between each set of my lifts. I had a lot of chores and other errands to run so I just wanted a quick workout to move the blood and feel good, mission accomplished.

Todays workout was crawling through two thickets tracking a buck my dad wounded. Sadly after 2 hours of tracking the blood trail disappeared at a main road, looked for blood all along the other side but it was gone. That was a bummer.

I went down in the basement and hit some triceps and chest, few sets to failure on a few different exercises. I had a nice pump, its starting to come back faster and faster.
