Over the past few days I can feel my preexisting small gyno starting to get sensitivity. I took 10mg of clomid last night, no AI on hand and I don't want to have to add one in. So the clomid is the best I can do until I adjust dose and let levels come down. I will skip today's dose of TXT so what test is in my system can have a few more days to go through a half life and let my overall test and estrogen come down to a level that won't cause nip sensitivity. I have been doing .14ml of TXT M-W-Sat which is 165-170mg of test weekly. I am going to, starting Saturday dose .11ml of TXT which should put me around 130-135mg of test weekly. I know the ester weights will cause this math to be off a bit but with the test being a blend im not going into that kind of detail I feel it would be over obsessing. This should hopefully aliviate the issue, I will take 10mg of clomid again tonight and assess sensitivity from there. Hopefully by Saturday things have mellowed out, I feel pretty confident from past experiences this will work for me. The primo will continue to be dosed at 1ml per week split into the 3 doses like normal and the 10mg of LGD each night will remain as well.
Today is chest, biceps, abs, and cardio. Im thinking a quick upper chest and biceps lift in the basement, then a circuit of dips, neutral grip pullups(these hammer my bis), captain's chair leg raises, and 600m sprints for a few rounds.

Only change to the workout was no sprints I didn't have the steam after lifting. Instead I walked my dogs for .8 miles then went for a 2mile jog with 1 300meter sprint added at the end once the blood was really moving. Feeling good, going to eat, and I have to take my pups to the vet then.

Lab mixes, they're back yard pups from buddy who's male dog mated with his GFs female dog when they moved in together. Mom was half Lab half Great Dane, dad was Lab, Shepard, and who knows what else.
They're great dogs, we'll behaved, obedient except for when they really want to play, smart! hell talk to them like they're another human being and they understand lol

Anything mixed with lab or shepard is usually a good dog.

True, I love these goofballs they've been there with me through it all. I also came to realization of why I was always drawn to owning dogs. It forces you to be outside more. I enjoy being outside and active, so do dogs, we're like Peas in a pod haha

I love my dogs. You will never find a more loyal friend. I have a pit bull and a Pekingese. They are my best friends. I saved both of them
