I posted this in the SARMS PROMO thread but wanted to toss the idea up here too.
I've been kicking around the idea of using Testolone/RAD140 on my next blast since it doesn't have as much water retention as LIGANDROL. Will likely be stacked with a slightly higher dose of test for me 150-175mg/week, Testolone/RAD140 10MG/day, YK11 10-15MG every night, 3iu GH and 100mcg IGF LR3 pre-workout 3 days a week with the igf going in my biceps triceps and outer sweep of quads for im hoping some site specific growth as I want to bring those areas up most. This won't be for a bit though.

This mornings workout was lats, shoulders, and triceps.
Did a warm up including wrestler neck bridges, lunges, air squats, arm circles, rotator cuff work with bands, and jumping jacks.
Began with a giant set 4 rounds no break between exercises various pull/chinups, tricep dips, bw row upper back/rotator cuff focused, and jumping jack x60 all with a 20lb weight vest on and a 1 min break between sets.
Then went inside and did another giant set of 1 arm db rows twist at top, kneeling db oh press(my ceiling is low in the basement), bb high pulls 225lbs, jumping jacks x60. 3 rounds with a 1-2min break between sets.
Finished with 1 superset db lateral raises(did a drop set), tricep cable skullcrushers(also dropset) then finished with another set of jumping jacks x60.
This was more of a strength focused workout, yeah i know that sounds funny with all the giant sets and jumping jacks but those things are how i raise my conditioning incrementally in the winter since i only run or do cardio a few days a week this time of year. it works for me haha. I i was getting pretty gassed by the end though, i didn't eat much yesterday since i was running around all day. Man did i wake up lean though, i had new cuts and lines in my abs and obliques upon waking and after my workout i had new veins running through chest, delts, and arms. i didn't bother with pic, i take one every month or 2 it shows progress better imo. i made sure to add some maltodextrin powder and a healthy dose of creatine to my protein shake afterwards to help refuel and pull fluid in the muscles. i'm not cutting so yesterday's calorie deficit wasn't exactly planned but i don't get too hung up on the small things like this. i'm more of a 2-3 day caloric balance type of person, so since i was lower on calories the past few days i'll probably make it point to take in just a little bit more for a couple days to balance it all out. this is how i've actually maintained the 20 some lbs of fat i dropped from a year ago without yoyo'ing. I eat very micro nutrient dense diet too which actually i found helps curb cravings and appetite more than anything for me even when in a calorie deficit.

Made quite the interesting but delicious dinner white rice, brown rice, and quinoa mixture with cooked up ground deer meat and small chuncks of squid with general tso sauce. It's like Chinese surf and turf lol, really good flavor though.

I've tried Rad and LGD before, but never YK11, how well does it stack up to other Sarms?

This would be my first time experimenting with it. Though if we look at it's a quite different from other sarms, it's actually a steroidal sarm so it's backbone is cholesterol based like other AAS so in that sense it's closer to something like a DHT derivative like primo, winny, etc. Other true sarms like ostarine, lgd, rad140 have a backbone from anti androgens so compounds that are supposed to block or down regulate the androgen receptors. However they found by tweaking those old ineffective anti androgens they would bind to the AR still but now illicit some mild anabolic activity without as much androgenicity, this is what a true sarm is meant to do. So YK11 acts closer to AAS but also has the added benefit of lowering myostatin. To what degree this promotes muscle growth we don't really know yet. It's like any other compound it has its time and place, so I guess use your best judgment. I hope this helps bro.

I forgot to post this last night, cleaned my garage which is off of my weight room at home. With the clean freed up space I fixed my wobbly squat stand issue. I screwed 2x4s into the floor joists above and screwed my squat stands to those, then stabilized the base with another wood baton so the feet can't slide over time. This thing is solid now, time to build my squat back up!
