This thing is solid now, time to build my squat back up!

Thank you, I made the squat stands a year or so ago but had nowhere to anchor them until I bought my house this past summer but the garage was cluttered. Chipped away cleaning and now we have this little redneck squat rack lol.

Todays workout was a 3.4 mile jog on the back roads.

Then tonight I hit abs with kneeling ab wheel side, side, middle counted as 1 rep same for bosu ball crunches. I did 2 sets of 4 reps ab wheel superset with 4 reps bosu ball crunches then did 1 set of hanging leg raises and twists outside on the captains chair. My abs are smoked, I had good stretch and contractions from that superset.

However they found by tweaking those old ineffective anti androgens they would bind to the AR still but now illicit some mild anabolic activity without as much androgenicity, this is what a true sarm is meant to do. So YK11 acts closer to AAS but also has the added benefit of lowering myostatin. To what degree this promotes muscle growth we don't really know yet. It's like any other compound it has its time and place, so I guess use your best judgment. I hope this helps bro.
I appreciate the write up man! Definitely, painted a much clearer picture for me and if you do decided to run that cycle, I look forward to seeing your results. Also, I dig the diy squat rack, looks solid.

I hit legs and lats this morning.

      Warm up
Chin grip cable high rows superset with BB RDLs 225 slow controlled reps on both and jumping jacks x60

BB Front Squat superset with leg ext

Nordic leg curls superset with walking lunges 15 each leg

      Machine preacher curls

There were other little thing like some air squats and fluff stuff. And the jumping jacks were x60 throughout the workout not as much as normal. My legs were pretty tight from the run yesterday.
Really going hermit from the real world for a bit and just putting any free time to lifting and being involved more on here when not working. I just need some peace and quiet for a while.

Man it has been years, time flies. What was the line from where they said, "Don't look back there, you're not going that direction." It's true!

I was talking with the guys today and a huge epiphany came out and I didn't even realize until I said it.

"If you want to be healthy in every aspect physical, mental, spiritual you have to learn to suffer a bit at times. It just how us humans grow and evolve over time."

And man if it isn't a life truth!
