I didn't use a recipe just mixed 1lb of each deer mea, lamb, chuncked up raw gouda, and whatever seasonings you prefer. Stuffed empty pablanos and mammoth jalapeños until the mixture was gone. Baked them in a bread pan uncovered at 350 until no more blood comes out and juice is clear or light pink. Soak the juices up with some good French bread with butter and you'll be drooling. I didn't have the bread but I know you like your authentic breads with certain dishes.

Good evening yall, I hope everyone had a good day.
Todays workout was back, shoulders, triceps, and jumping jacks.
Warm up with wrestler neck bridges, rotator cuff work with bands, and jumping jacks x70(x70 the whole workout starting to step them up again over the weeks eventually getting to sets of x100)
Cable triceps pushdowns superset with landmine narrow neutral grip rows and jumping jacks 3 sets total
1 arm twisting lat pushdowns superset with cable faceplate and jumping jacks 2 sets with dropsets on last sets
1 set of kneeling BB OH press 135 x5 superset with a very high rep set of BB shrugs and jumping jacks
Kneeling DB OH press superset with hangcleans 135x15 then jumping jacks 1 sets each
DB later raises superset with tricep cable skullcrushers and jumping jacks 2 sets with drop sets on last sets
Band OH triceps ext 1 set with drop set then jumping jacks.
Man I kicked my own ass with this workout, at one point I was going to take a breather half way but pushed through. I typically only rest for 40-80seconds between any given set and supersets and triceps are done with no breaks between. After going heavy yesterday and again on the rows and OH press I'm sleepy haha.

I made a great dinner brown rice/white rice/quinoa/ rice cauliflower and yams as my rice mixture. Then cubed venison loin and lightly browned it with ground milk fed veal that was only 4.50lb on sale! Finally I diced up mini colored sweet peppers and mushrooms and suateed that with a bunch of Asian seasoning, herbs, and spices. Mixes it all together using the juices from everything to create a sauce that soaked into it all. Yall this stuff awesome, I ate 2 bowls haha.

I had a good chest, bicep, and ab workout, added in some stretching and mobility for my whole body as well.
Incline BB for x20-25 superset with DB curls moving from hammer to palms up, then out to the sides. Working the entire ROM through constant tension, TUT basically. 3 sets of each with a dropset into machine chest flyes, DC stretching after each set as well.
Ab wheel rollout side, side, center counting as 1 rep x6 superset with bosu ball crunches stretching and squeezing hard on the exhale for full contractions(no I'm not delivering haha). Then a set if hanging leg raises and twists on the captains chair. Side, side, center as 1 rep x10. Then hanging and letting my abs stretch DC style.
My wrist with the screw isn't liking all those hang cleans I did yesterday, I think I pissed it off haha.

Man this lack of sleep is starting to accumulate, had bad dreams last night as well. Woke up feeling pretty run down, wrist that has hardware is pretty swollen and aching. Got a couple cups of coffee in me and powered through best I could, didn't have much grip strength so I had to do some different things to work around it. It was legs, calves, and lats today.
Warm up was jumping jacks x100, full body mobility work and stretching, multi direction lunges to get my hips moving well, another x70 jumping jacks.
Seated narrow grip cable rows superset with x heavy band good mornings(hooked band under 2 plates and over my shoulders, made it a deficit good morning) and plyo lunges x15each leg. 3 sets, everything was very high rep today since the weight I could grip wasn't much. Added a dropset of machine standing leg curls to the end of the last set.
Straight arm lat pull downs superset with belt squats and 1 arm twisting lat pulldowns 2 sets. Again high reps even the belt squats to get a great pump in my quads with DC stretching after.
Set of x100 jumping jacks superset with single leg BW calf raises and DC stretching after.
I weighed myself this morning after eating much more food the past few days and ended up being down 3lbs compared to last week when I weighed in. I don't let it discourage me though, fluctuations happen just have to be more consistent with meals and calorie intake. I want to make sure I gain a few pounds across the next month and a half to 2 months, goal weight being 204-206 at the same level of leanness.

Yeah looking back before I lost all the BF I was so delusional about my real body composition. Now I know more though so I can make and reach more realistic goals.
