This morning's workout was lats and legs.
Warm up
Leg Ext x20-25 triset with straight arm lat Pulldowns x12-15 and deficit DB straight leg Deadlifts x8-12 4 sets total
Front Squats x6-11 ramping up in weight, triset with cable rows UH grip x12-16 and ab wheel rollouts side-side-center as 1 rep x5 3 sets total
Plyo lunges w/20lb vest x15each, giant set with Nordic leg curls w/20lb vest x15, weighted vest pull ups x6,x4x1, BW jumping jacks x100 (no breaks on the giant set)
It was hard to keep a pump, not surprised though. Good workout, heart rate felt so much better after giving blood, slept better, just all around feel good after yesterday. Been keeping hydrated and getting in lots of micro nutrients to help replenish everything today. I hope everyone has a good day, peace.

John inhad a relapse and I spent the night in the ER taking fluids and may have to stay in the hospital a few days to see what’s going on I nearly passed out last night after my workout I don’t know what’s up with me !!! I sure miss working out caise inwas doing so good
