Thank you brother, always the goal. I don't do cardio everyday so it's a good alternative, I hate taking long breaks too. When it's time to get some, I get it haha.

Thus mornings workout was lats, shoulder, biceps, triceps, and jumping jacks.
Warm up, wrestler neck bridges, 2 sets of jumping jacks x100
DB Skullcrushers triset with cable facepulls, Incline DB press and jumping jacks x100 3 sets with some drop sets on the last sets of each exercise
BB Shrugs 225 triset with Band Lateral Raises, Incline DB chest flyes and jumping jacks x100 2 sets with drop sets on lifts and only 1 set of JJs
BB landmine rows narrow neutral grip with 4 drop sets superset with DB and band lateral raises with double dropset, jumping jacks x100. No breaks between all of the sets, like a giant set.
Finished with blood flow restriction, cable tricep pushdowns superset with DB bicep curls and back to cable triceps 1 continuous set.
High reps today, short breaks, lots of JJs and DC stretching after the BFR for arms. Oh man the pump from the BFR bands felt amazing. Great workout feeling good. Have a good day yall, peace. GET SOME!

This evening was my cruise dose of 50mg and now I will be adding in 25mg of each injectable NAC and CoQ10 on nights I pin while cruising. I will also take 10mg of exem tonight with the rest of my usual supps.

I forgot to mention last night but I've learned that DHEA causes bad acne flare ups for me, borderline cystic acne. Tried even very low dose for general health, i think this is a supplement that is best saved for later in life when endogenous levels are low. Live and learn.

Hey John! That sucks about the acne issue but you are not alone! A friend I Train can do the same stuff I do and he break out real bad, high test or dhts usually but, it sucks. Kinda weird because he gets none on his face! It’s all body acne. He has taken Accutane but because he cycles; he avoids it now. It seems to go away if he sticks with one compound but, it is a hard choice and he basically won’t. Does hgh break people out? I cannot remember if anyone has mentioned that; if They have, I don’t see it much. They have all these skin peptides now, some are creams or injectables. I need to check GHK-cu to see all the benefits and sides. When I looked at it and did an article; I wasn’t thinking about acne. I will check.

Surprisingly the typical AAS compounds don't cause me acne just the DHEA. Though I haven't taken any for a few days and have done my usual skin care routine and everything is clearing up nicely, just another lesson in the books haha.

This mornings workout was some accessory work I hit quads again since they weren't even sore from Thursday, abs, and my tibialis(shin muscles) since my bottoms of my feet have been cramping a lot lately so that should balance things out from all the jumping jacks.
Quads was 3 sets of BFR leg ext x25-30 with a dropset of pistol squats x10each leg on my final set. DC stretching after the final set.
Abs I did ab wheel rollout side-side-center as 1 rep x5. 2 sets with a dropset of bosu ball crunches. End of my workout I went on my dip bar and did front lever twists x8each side and a set of normal leg raises x12.
For tibialis I set one end of a 40lb DB on my toes and just lifted it with my shin and top of foot for x20-25 3 sets.
I will likely go for a run later today.

It's been a while since I posted the wheels, when I dropped from 215ish to 200 my legs lost a lot of size so I have to build them back up.
For the life of me I'll never understand why my phone flips all my pics and how to make them right.

Ran 4 miles this afternoon. My legs are sore as hell from the workout this morning and the run on the back roads in the afternoon. Should sleep good tonight, peace yall.

Pretty sore from yesterday,whole body in general. Today will be a rest day but I'll stay busy with chores to get steps in and probably take the dogs for a walk later on.
