I'm sorry bro. I have 2 nieces I don't get to see because my sister decided to disown her family, sometimes I wonder just what the hell goes on in their head. They think so emotionally I just can't wrap my head around it.

Todays workout was legs
Leg ext 5 sets heavier than normal
Dealifts working up to the set in the video 365x10 then a back off sets of conventional stance. Streamable Video
Dropset after last set of deads into Nordic leg curls followed by belt squats heavier than normal, set of 30.
Went heavier than normal but I was feeling good so I decided to push a bit. Sadly afterwards I had to take my pup to the vet she was very sick but they got her feeling better.
Edit: I did the math a realized that set was 1.8xBW for a set of 10 that's a PR for me, I've never been this light of BW and had my strength at these numbers.

All the supplemental lifts have been helping build the strength base. That workout was the first time letting the dog off the chain in a while haha.

This mornings workout was lats, shoulders, and triceps.
Warm up, rotator cuff and shoulder mobility work, stretching
1 Arm Cable Rows triset with Cable Tricep Pushdowns and BB Shrugs 4 sets with last sets being drop sets to failure
DB OH Press superset with cable facepulls 2 sets with multiple dropsets after the final sets of each beyond failure
Cable OH skullcrushers 1 set with 3 dropseta to failure and DC stretching afterwards
Outside on the pull up bar 2 sets of various grip BW pull ups to failure.
My low back was pretty tight from deadlifts yesterday so I did more volume today for back vs heavier weight. DB OH press I went heavier than normal and used the dropsets to drive volume.
Been taking a break from the jumping jacks for a week just to give my body a little ability to recover better. The weather is slowly starting to get warmer here so more sprints and distance running will be added, jumping jacks will be less often to accommodate for this.

So after a few days on Tinder I realize we're fucked and most humans are trash now. Out of the hundreds of women I've seen maybe 2 that had anything positive to say on there. These girls are not hot enough nor have their life together enough to be acting the way they do or at least portray themselves. I question if I match and meet up with one of these women do I really want to hook up with them, damn this conscience of mine.
