So today's workout was pretty interesting, I took 50mg of viagra and 1 good drag of pot preworkout. Went for a 20 minute bike ride, kept it pretty intense. Switched to the highest speed and hardest gear on the bike and just pedaled up and down hills nonstop. Then came back to the house and did weighted neutral grip pull ups BW+50lbs for 5x1 the BW+25 for 3x2 then BW for 2x6. Onto BW Rows pulling high above the head to hit rear belts, traps, rotator cuff muscle for 3x15. Incline bench champagne presses 40s 3x12. Finished with Cable Tricep Pushdowns superset with lying ab vacuums. Having a buzz from the pot was amplified by the viagra so I was fairly high and it wasnt until it was too late that I felt the crazy pumps I had. Stretched between all sets, this made the pumps even more intense. All in all and awesome workout.
