I've been purpose holding back my volume and intensity until I feel back up to speed lifting wise. I also need to work on getting my full mobility back, not that it's bad now just not up to par like before. Once I get back home to my home gym I can start stepping things back up so then I'll start feeling it from workouts again.

Today's workout was HIIT cardio sprint 4 floors of stairs walk back down x15 for a total of 60 floors. I've been working on controlling my breathing during intense activity. There's good info that it can increase heart rate variability(HRV) which increases our body's ability to adapt to stress of all forms as we age and has a lot of validity that it can help us live longer.
Look up the Andrew Huberman podcast on YouTube or Apple podcast for more info, he's a neuroscientist from Stanford and goes in depth in all kinds of useful information about the body from nuero plasticity, to hormone optimization, sleep optimization, dreams, emotions, exercise, supplements, and he keeps adding to it. He also backs up all his info with legitimate research papers, great source of info.

Physically yes, I'm happy to be working out again. Though the physical exertion will help with the other things too in time. Even when I'm not doing good I like to say I'm doing good. Helps to stay positive.

Msn totally I know How you feel!! I’ve been going through some shit myself my girl wants to go through my phone everyday and be nosey snd we had a bad argument last weekend and it’s carrries over all week long and we still are not on good terms ,to me that’s a bit much I think Everyman should have a little privacy when it doesn’t hurt his relationship and make his women think he’s cheating or talking to someone else as mine assumes I am doing,which I’m. Not
