Yesterday was a rest day. I had to factory reset my phone so no macro break down or calorie count. Will resume today as usual.
Weighed myself this morning. Weight has gone to 196.8 so + .3lbs and BF has gone from 16.8 to 16.7% in 2 weeks. Will continue to increase calories and I'll post today's workout later.
Today's workout consisted of hammering on my abs, last, rear delts/traps, chest, quads, and the on going battle to grow my bi's and tri's haha.

Today's macro breakdown, total calories were 4181. I'm loving this high carb phase, lots of energy and recovery is fast.

No workout today, I was flying for work. Diet wasn't the nicest today unfortunately, macros above. Total calories was around 4500. Tomorrow things should be back to a more normal diet and regimen.
