This mornings workout was a hybrid, 3 rounds of
Pull ups
Dips
Upperchest/shoulder focused push ups
BW Facepulls
Jog 600m
Mobility and a 1 set of hanging abs added at the end.

Morning workout was 2 rounds to failure in each exercise done in a circuit
Pull ups
Dips
Hanging shrugs into a front lever and did twisting abs there then into hanging leg Raises for abs
Upper chest focused push ups
Hanging reverse hypers with hamstring curl
BW Facepulls
Jumping jacks x50
Then hit arms with 1 more set of Exercises then intense stretching after DC style. Have a good day yall

No work today, and no workout but I spent a good hour and a half foam rolling and stretching every muscle in my body. Talk about feeling realigned, I worked out so many knots.

I dosed my cruise this evening, changing it up to 60mg of test blend but mostly test E in that blend every 3 or 4 days. This will increase my dose to 120mg weekly but provide more stable blood levels.

This mornings workout was legs and calves. Circuit through exercises 2 rounds with each set taken to failure.
Warm up/mobility
DB Calf Raises
DB RDLs
Nordic Leg Curls
Leg Ext
DB Lunges
Plyo Lunges
Jumping jacks x50
40min and I was drenched in sweat and sucking wind, good way to start the day.
