I hope life has reached more stability for you as well bro, change is like ripping off a bandaid. It's best to just embrace and do the thing. I like trying different gyms but this time I'll be working from the home gym for a while.

Pinned cruise dose early this morning, I've switched to subq injections. Still 70mg E3D, doing this for a bit while I work out some tissue in my glutes to help I'm prove running over time.
This mornings workout was just cardio(easy run around the new neighborhood) and low rep pull ups and dips, mobility after.

Man I fucked around and fell backwards last night at work and tried to catch myself with my healing shoulder and it stretched it and sprang it I think I was in severe pain for a little while and I was afraid I torn something I hope I haven’t it feels better today but I didn’t go to the gym today just to give it a rest it’s feeling some bettsr wish me luck that I didn’t tear anything lol
