Man I fucked around and fell backwards last night at work and tried to catch myself with my healing shoulder and it stretched it and sprang it I think I was in severe pain for a little while and I was afraid I torn something I hope I haven’t it feels better today but I didn’t go to the gym today just to give it a rest it’s feeling some bettsr wish me luck that I didn’t tear anything lol

It's fortunate to hear ota feel8ng better with rest, be easy brother and my wishes that it heals so you can get back to lifting.

Went for another short easy run this evening. I have my exam for insurance sales coming up and have spent the past 2 days pulling basically an all nighter cram studying. I have been using various cognitive enhancing supps, coffee(caffine), pot, and tobacco(nicotine) to help with studying and its working amazingly well and productively. My lungs have taken a raping from not being used to tobacco though and I can't wait to get past this and take a break from all the unhealthy lifestyle choices I've been making the past few months with all the craziness of moving, selling the house, this insurance course, plus plain old work. All the grinding will pay off though.

Take up yoga, it really does help over time to improve mobility and regain ROm and stability through joints. It's doesn't have to be girly thing, look at what wrestler Diamond Dallas Paige did to help tons of people with his yoga system DDP. Look into it brother it beats being sore and stiff everyday, just start of easy. You can do it

Things have been crazy but the majority of it has passed. June 1st I go to take my state exam to sell insurance, and I can start unpacking from moving last week. Making progress even if it's one day at a time

Pinned cruise dose this morning, liking this sudQ pinning for a change. No DOMS or limited ROM vs pinning IM. I think my cruises will be subQ from now on and blasts will be IM injections.
