      Brother I’m still going to the gym 3 days. A a week to let my shoulder get half way in shape and I hope to start next week all week wish me luck

      This evenings workout was 4 rounds of pull ups, dips, hanging leg raises, run down the street and back(1/4mile total), mobility between flights. 3rd round I added deep ROM walking lunges for 200ft. Came in the house and added 1 giant set of DB tricep kickbacks, DB curls, 25lb plate OH tricep ext. Protein shake after, shower, and bed.

      This mornings workout was a less intense version of last night's workout. Added some weighted stretching for upper body and just the 4 flights totalling 1 mile.

      Well I made it 3 days this week tomorrow I’m try to start my 5 day per week workout see how it goes

      Yes I feel ok shoulder little sore from working shoulders but nothing major the only excercise I csnt do yet is DB lateral raises and DB front raises with my injured shoulder but it will come in time gonna take my time to bus thank you John's Daily Log asking about me means lot my dear friend and buddy
