Todays workouts were push mowing for an hour this morning, went for a 2.2mile run in the afternoon, and some yoga this evening. The fast is going well, I've taken in some green tea, water and plenty of it, salt, magnesium caps with potassium, vitamin c, some zinc, and a few fish oil and omega 3 caps post workout.
Today was just yoga few times, had to work on some things but it was a productive day. Day of fasting down, had some chia seeds, minerals, salt, fish oil, a tablespoon of olive oil, and water throughout the day.

Todays workout was mobility, 1.1mike run, and legs which consisted of lunges, Nordic lying leg curls, DB RDLs, bosu ball hip adduction, leg ext, and BW squats. I hit some low rep pull ups and dips to get things moving and feeling good as well.
On the 3rd day of fasting and at this point I could be indifferent to food. I know I need it but after 3 days the hunger becomes normal haha. Had some tea this morning before the workout.
So i said before that thus transformation was beyond physical, here is the work I've been doing. I have a series waiting to edit and publish, but in the meantime heres my intro.

Went and donated plasma, saw my girl after she got off work, played with the pups, and now before bed I'm breaking fast. I had 2 bananas, 2 deer steaks(the salt tasted so good haha), and a bowl of granola with skim milk and kefir. My body is soaking up all those sweet and salty minerals lol.
Moving forward I need to track my food more, breakfast was protein coffee about 50-55g protein total. 1 whole egg, scoop of whey, scoop of collagen protein, unsweetened cocoa, stevia, cinnamon, salt, cup of skim milk. Also had my cognitive support supps, 1 tbsp of olive oil, fish oil/omega 3 caps ~3.5g total, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2tbsp crushed walnuts, supps to help keep BP healthy, tsp garlic and tsp ginger, some antioxidant supps.
Todays workout was biceps and triceps with a band since I was on the go doing laundry, abs and a short run of .6 mile(ran up a long hill turn around back down) and some mobility.
Post workout meal banana, handful of pitted dates, 1.5 deer steaks seasoned, cup of skim milk. Before work 2 slices Dave's killer powerseed bread, 3-4tbsp honey, dozen mussels cooked in shell.
