Dinner was another 1.5 dozen mussels, 7 of the tiny red potatoes banana, 2 slices of bread with 3-4 tbsp honey. In between lunch and dinner I drank one of those 42g protein fairlife power shakes.

Towards the end of work I had another banana. Before bed I took my usual night time sleep support supps, general health supps, garlic and ginger tsp each, fish oil/omega 3 caps 3-4g, and a cup of kefir(I mix whole fat and low fat blueberry for flavor). I was hungry again so I had 6 or 7 mussels, a handful of fruit/nut/chocolate chip trail mix, a handful of apple cinnamon granola.

Pinned cruise of 75mg test subQ this morning. Im also adding in Ostarine 15mg EOD, basically same days I pin my test to keep it simple. This is for my joints as the past year and half or 2 I've been mending a torn rotator cuff that i continued to re-injure and other little nagging joint issues. Ostarine has helped with this in the past so its back in for 3-4 weeks.
Had my usual protein coffee mixture, supps, chia seeds, walnuts, olive oil, garlic and ginger, fish oil/omega 3 caps, etc. This morning as well.

I spent the morning upgrading my editing software and learning how it works, I can not edit and upload from my phone which is way faster and better quality than from my computer. We're in business baby, GET SOME!

No workout today, too much to get done before work and ran out of time. Lunch wad a 6in rotisserie chicken and veggie sub from Subway with an additional banana and slice of D.K. bread with honey. In the afternoon I had one of those fairlife power protein shakes with 42g protein again. Dinner was same as yesterday as well 2 dozen mussels, 7 tiny red potatoes with salsa, 2 slice of D.K. bread with a few tbsp honey. Pretty much identical to yesterday minus the deer steaks and dates. I have an extra banana for the end of work and the drive home.

My hunger this evening was pretty high. At the end of work I had 2 Quest protein cookies(kept me from going for regular sweets), once home I had a big handful of fruit/nut/chocolate chip trail mix, 1 cup of apple cinnamon granola, my night time supps, garlic and ginger, fish oil caps, and half whole fat/half low fat kefir about a cup and a half.

Todays workout was a 1mile run(100yard sprint at end), 4 sets of pull ups various grip positions, dips, hanging L sit holds

Finally got a chance to type up today's food intake thus far. Protein coffee and supps, etc as usual, lunch was half a rotisserie chicken, some spinach and spring mix salad, handful of strawberries, 2 slices of D.K. bread, banana, pomegranate juice, greens juice, and a cup of apple cinnamon granola.
I have potatoes, the other half a chicken, banana, and more granola for dinner.
