Gonna start my 5 day workout routine Monday as doctors said I could I been ina 3 day until my rotator cuff and bicep tendon had healed so I’m gonna but it hard but still lower weights

That is great they have cleared you back to lifting. The weight will come back in time, progress is progress.

Good morning yall, this mornings diet and supps were all the usual. I've decided to take the Ostarine from 15mg EOD, to 15mg ED for the last remaining couple weeks I have it added in. This morning it took it along with 2g turkest extract and grapefruit juice.

Meals in were Gatorade protein bar and quest protein cookie, the last of the bison pasta mixture, 2 bananas, granola, salad sandwich with DK bread, sardines. Drank bcaas during the day as well

Took another 2g of turkest extract last night, as well as my evening supps, garlic and ginger, fish oil and omega 3 caps, etc.
Dinner was deer steak and deer liver, potatoes, fermented oats, bunch of granola, banana, blueberries. Grapefruit juice with supps, as well as chia seeds.
Hit a short arms session after dinner, band tricep pushdowns triset with DB curls, band bent over OH tricep ext, plus grease the groove chin ups and dips.

Pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ this morning, also took 15mg Ostarine and 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice.
Had my normal protein coffee, supps, garlic and ginger, chia seeds, olive oil, fish oil and omega 3 caps, etc. Hit a good intense stretching/yoga session this morning before work, had some good realignments and releases feeling much better.

Yesterday's meals included deer steak and liver,cucumber, bananas, sardines, granola and FF milk, a can of organic spaghetti-o's, a huge breakfast burrito, kefir and night time supps, garlic and ginger, fish oil and omega 3 caps, 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice.

Another usual morning, protein coffee, supps, flax and chia seeds, 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice, fish oil and omega 3s caps, olive oil, bunch or protein granola, banana, and also 15mg of Ostarine as well.

Meals today during work were deer liver and steak, another banana, finished the bag of protein granola, and drank BCAAs and greens powder throughout the day in my water jug.
Todays workout was a 1.1mile run broken up with sets of dips, various grip pull ups and negatives, L sit holds, band tricep pushdowns, BW Inverted Rows. Few sets of each exercise with running between.
Post workout I ate some pitted dates and drank a protein shake.
Dinner will be deer steak and potatoes.
