      Before bed last night I had some granola and FF milk, kefir, night time supps, 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice, fish oil and omega 3 caps, chia and flax seeds, garlic and ginger.

      Almost the same thing this morning as well as protein coffee and morning supps, 2g turkest extract and 15mg Ostarine also.
      Pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ this morning.

      I brought 3 bananas, granola, sardine, a can of organic cranberry sauce, 2 protein bars, and deer steak and liver to eat during work. The people we were building the pool for made us buffalo chicken wraps for lunch, so the deer meat became dinenr sin e the project ran later into the evening. A gallon of water and bcaas are a normal part of each day now too.

      Got home later from work so I just took my night time supps with kefir, and 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice. I took another 2g of turkeat this morning along side the rest of my normal day time supps and 15mg Ostarine with grapefruit juice.

      Protein coffee this morning with flax and chia seeds, olive oil, garlic and ginger, and fishoil omega 3s caps. Today for meals during work I brought a large container of fermented oats with chia seeds/protein/PB powder, 2 bananas, a yellow squash, and sardines.

      We knocked out a 27' pool in 3.5hrs with 4 of us today, this gave me time to get a nice BFR biceps and triceps workout in.

      Yoga/mobility for a bit to warm up and loosen up from earlier today then

      Cable tricep pushdowns 2 sets
      BFR triset of cable tricep pushdowns, cable curls front double bi position (dropset within the triset here), band bent over tricep OH ext.

      That yellow squash still didn't get eaten during work so I cut both of them up, sauted then and topped with melted FF mozzarella cheese and seasonings. I also had deer steak and liver along side the squash. I ate half the squash pictured and half the steak and the lone chunk of liver post workout.

      Spent the day taking care of some business things with my mentor, got a bunch of chores and errands done as well. No workout today, just getting stuff done on my "off day" but I did do 2 sessions of yoga and weighted stretching so far today and will likely do another before bed.

      All supps were the same, took 2g turkest extract and 15mg Ostarine this morning and another 2g turkest before bed with night time supps. I also pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ this morning.

      I guess when you decide to build your business/es there isn't really such a thing as a day off but the lifestyle I'm working towards I won't need days off. GET SOME!

      Got in a nice biceps, triceps, and abs workout yesterday evening, had deer steak and liver with potatoes afterwards. Had night time supps plus 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice.

      Took 2g again in the morning with 15mg Ostarine with grapefruit juice. Protein coffee and supps, etc with FF cottage cheese, blueberry pie filling, strawberries, banana, protein granola bar.

      I got in a nice long yoga/stretching session this morning.

      Todays workout was a mixture of running, short sprints in the grass, pull ups, hanging knee raises, dips, BW inverted Rows, some besr crawling.
