Todays workout was just doing what all we had to do today. Moved 2 300lb pool walls a total of about 80 yards, drug around other water logged fabric bases so they can dry out, finished a pool we started but got rained out from, etc.
I haven't been posting meals but my calorie intake has me flaoting around 210-212lbs. Ive been getting in 220-280g of protein from various sources each day. i let myself have things like sandwiches or pizza when customers are nice enough to buy/make us lunch which also helps get the calories in but isnt a regular thing. 4 pack is still visible so fat accumulation hasnt been anything drastic since weeks ago after my 3 day fast which was the most lean I've been in my adult life.
