Pinned cruise dose of 50mg test subQ this morning, hit a good long yoga session this morning as well. Feeling mobile and good for the day.

Hit yoga again this morning, everyday at least twice a day if not more honestly. Been getting home late from work, today should be a shorter day so going to hit legs after work.

Got home late again and had to do laundry at the laundromat, ran 2.5 miles while it was washing and drying. Time for bed.

This evenings workout was a good yoga session and arms
Band Tricep pushdowns to failure
DB curls to failure
Band Bent Over Tricep OH ext to failure
Thanks to TrueGrit it feels like a good time to post an update pic since it's been a while.

Pinned cruise dose of 50mg test subQ this morning.
This evenings workout was a mix of arms, light legs, and abs
Tricep pushdowns
DB curls
DB OH Tricep ext
Bosu ball hip adduction
Lunges
Bosu ball ab crunches and iso hold while reaching side to side as far as I could
Stretching after final sets and some other mobility mixed in during the workout. I was looking pretty juicy after haha.

This mornings workout started with a long yoga session then rolled into back, shoulders, and abs
Pull ups
Band low Rows
DB lateral raises
DB OH press
Lying leg raises toes over head, like toes to bar but lying down
Ab vacuums
BW squats
Various mobility and odds and ends exercises mixed in
