I haven't seen that brand before around here. I found a bunch of organic black bean and red lentil pasta on sale a while back and stocked up.

Yesterday's workout was work, built a pool. Dug and sunk pavers, shoveled and wheelbarrowed sand, etc for a few hours.

Todays workout was building an oval pool, dug for buttresses and paver block, wheelbarrowed a couple ton of sand, etc took around 6hrs.

Hit some cardio this evening went for a 1.6mile run.
