Pinned cruise dose of 50mg test subQ this morning.
Todays workout was biceps and triceps kept it simple with
Band Tricep Pushdowns
DB curls
DB OH Tricep ext

Work ran really late yesterday and today I was off and had chores to do and spent time with family. Back at it tomorrow with some back amd shoulders I'm feeling.

Well bud have had a bad case of Covid the last month and lower back pulled so it’s been a hell of a month I’m starting back this morning in the gym I’ll post up my new log this morning after I return from the gym man I sure have miss you
