Took on extra work yesterday so got home late, trying for back and shoulders again tonight.

I appreciate it, we do pools so as long as we're not getting rained on we go 7 days a week during the season. Outside of that I also am starting to sell Life insurance as a broker, building my YT channel, and setting up the YT to bring on clients to build a coaching business. I can't spend my life working for another man building someone else's dreams it just makes me go haywire so here I am rebuilding my life one day at a time.

This evening's workout was back, shoulder, and arms

Pull/chin ups
Dips
BW rows
DB OH Press
DB lateral raises
DB posterior shoulder flyes
Band lat pull ins
Band straight arm lat pull downs
Band Tricep Pushdowns
DB curls

Mobility and stretching between exercises

This evening's workout was abs, arms, and some odds and ends

Bosu ball ab twists/side reaches/crunches
Band tricep pushdowns
DB curls
Band bent over OH Tricep ext
Band Forearm and finger extensors
Tibialis raises
Squat to calf raises
Ab vacuums
Push up ab bridge/plank

Stretching and mobility after sets.

A lot guys in the chat box said they had the wrong site address in their tapatalk, try deleting and re-downloading it and use this site as the address. I don't use tapatalk at all thus is just what i read from others.

I have decided to come off and pct, clearing out then I need to get my hands on some legit hcg or hmg to use along side some clomid and Nolvadex to get things back online.
