      This evening's training was overall conditioning

      5 rounds of run 1/4mile, dips, pull ups ,no breaks except for the occasional need to stretch a little bit. Feeling good!

      BOSU Ball Hip Adduction
      Archer Squats
      Sissy Squats
      BW Lunges
      Jumping Jacks

      DB Tricep Kickbacks
      DB Hammer Curls
      DB Lateral Raises
      Band Tricep Pushdowns
      Band Curls to Face(preacher curl type motion)
      Band Face Pulls
      Light DB Lateral Raises full ROM to OH(overhead)

      Stretching after final sets. Then had dinner with family.

      This morning's workout was back, chest, abs, and mobility

      DB Lawnmower Rows
      DB Rows
      Pull/Chin Ups
      Dips
      Push Ups
      Push Up Position Ab Bridge with knees to Elbows crossing and to each side
      Lying Leg Raises to Toes Overhead
      Jumping Jacks
      DB Side Bends for Abs
      Various Mobility Exercises mixed in throughout

      Stretching after final sets. Went a little hypo afterwards but ate some red grapes and bowl of deer meat and rice/quinoa concoction which bounced me back.

      Todays workout was a 1 mile run with a 100 yard sprint halfway through. I raced my sister RAM 1500, poor truck never stood a chance haha. Also spent 3hrs rearranging and organizing tools in the shed outside which was a workout itself for all the chalked full tool boxes I own.
