This evening's workout was biceps, abs, Tibialis, forearms, hip adductors
Lying cable curls to face
Dips
L sits
Hanging Windshield wiper motion with my legs for abs and obliques
Tibialis Raises w/weight
Wrist curls flexion and extention
Band spread fingers apart for muscles on the back side of the hand
Chin Ups
Adduction machine(good girls)
Archer squats

That is what I was hoping. I gave myself a little tendinitis and need to look into changing some things while I heal.

I dropped the weights to 70 percent of my max and have slowed down the rep speed.
It is just my right elbow. Gonna order some bpc -157.
Doing more stretching and warming up more no matter how much time I have.
I should have some time this week to really look at my programming and fix it up.

If you're already taking measures to help it, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it's back full speed. BCP seems to be good stuff for things like this, maybe a hefty dose of omega 3s each morning and evening would help reduce inflammation along side the BCP. That 1 2 punch haha, I wish you a speedy recovery bro.

Today's workout was yoga, mobility, and jumping jacks to get blood moving. I snapped, popped, and released stuff that has been bothering me for months, I feel like I got hit by a truck in some of areas I worked on.

Todays workout was legs/lower body
Warm Up
BW Squat to Calf Raises(slowed down vertical jump)
Single Leg Calf Raises
BW Lunges
Archer Squats
Nordic Lying Leg Curls
Tibialis Raises
Bosu Ball Hip Adduction
BW Leg Ext(going from kneeling to sitting on heels while leaning back to load the quads)
Jumping Jacks
DB Sumo Squats into DB RDLs
BW Sissy Squats/KOT Squats
DC style stretching after most sets, and I'm a baby deer again haha

DB OH Tricep ext

Band Curls to Face(preacher curl type motion)
DB Lateral Raises
Machine Close Grip Chest Press
Jumping Jacks and a few BW Lunges for cardio
DC style stretching after final sets.

Where did you find the information on DC stretching? John Meadows, Jay Cutler,
And the entire DogCrapp underground really put a lot of faith in stretching the fascia over the muscle.
