      Today's workout was abs, triceps, and biceps

      Yoga into warm up
      Bosu ball twisting crunches
      Band tricep pushdowns
      Band Curls to Face
      Incline Bench DB Tricep OH ext(BFR)
      Incline Bench DB Curls(BFR)
      Band Tricep Pushdowns(BFR)
      Various mobility exercises mixed in throughout
      Jumping Jacks with trunk rotation mixed in throughout

      DC style stretching after all sets

      Just a few rounds of stretching or yoga the past few days. Between frequent plasma donations and PCT with nolva my recovery ability has been less than optimal. My right side from hip to base of skull has been tighter than a bitch and needed mobilized often to avoid soreness and knots, it was from going harder the last leg workout on RDLs. I am feeling better after a couple nights sleep, PCT is working though and i can tell the boys are coming back online pretty good so I the nolva was tapered down amd finished. I'm now running clomid every few days and daily taking a natty test boosting supp with a blend of all the usual ingredients in those DHEA, tribulus, fenugreek, etc. Ialso added turkest extract back in to help increase recovery since it doesn't seem to mess with hpta much if any. I'm thinking a couple weeks of this and I'll be feeling back up to speed on a natty status.

      If you think about it it's basically draining all the endogenous proteins, hormones, peptides, GH, etc from your blood. I can't wait to be beyond needing to do this shit on a regular basis.

      totally agree here. I believe we need to be careful with donating too frequently. Also draining a ton of specific nutrients like ferritin

      Yeah I totally feel you. I had to look back and I am making so much more than when I started this year. That allowed me to give it up. I truly feel blessed I have my first paycheck and where I am currently. Unreal!!
