Been staying busy working, been doing yoga here and there, walked 2.1 mile with my client last night. I need a couple weeks of eating tons of meat, fish, and eggs with a personal masseuse to get all the junk worked out of me and feel normal but that ain't happening haha. These injuries and kinks that take years to fix are really frustrating.

Happy New Year
Thank God for giving us time that cycles back over and over, that gives us the opportunities to continually grow and expand ourselves despite anything that happened in the past. Peace be with all of you 🙏

Brought in New Year yesterday with a 3.6mile run. My break from training is done now that the holidays are passed, back to work.
This mornings workout started with yoga to loosen up from the run. Then just cycled between various mobility exercises, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, etc. Got a good sweat going for a bit and feeling good.

Morningv John hope everything is going ok well I’m on day 3 Nkomo after accident ,done ok with chest yesterday except I Csn bench flat ok with regular bench ,but with Incline bench inhave ti use the Machine Smith Incline bench press it’s taking slot of the pressure off my bad rotator cuff, still think I still have some scar tissue in it after the surgery 2 years ago so from now on I’ll be using the smith machine for incline bench press and decline bench I tried yesterday maybe a little to much weight who knows I tried 115 and I could do but 5 reps 2 times and it was making the rotator hurt so next week I’m going even lighter on the weight for Decline so I’m on Back this morning and see how that goes !! I’ll holler at y’all later bud !!

This mornings workout started with yoga and rolled into
Warm up then a mixture of various mobility exercises, lunges, sumo squats, tumbling, jumping jacks with twists included, then danced around the house with the dogs for a bit until I had a good sweat going lol. What can I say it's rainy outside here and the jam sessions make me feel better
Did walking, a little jogging, mobility, and a few chin ups yesterday evening with my client he's progressing well. I'm proud of his effort he didn't think he'd jog until April.
